Trastevere, Prati and the Historic Centre: three sides of the Eternal City
Rome is not a uniform city: each neighbourhood has its own personality, its own rhythms and its own atmosphere. Our properties are located in the two neighbourhoods most loved by travellers — Trastevere and Prati — both just minutes from the historic centre.
The authentic soul
Trastevere is Rome's most beloved and characteristic neighbourhood, where time seems to have stood still. Narrow winding alleys, a romantic bohemian atmosphere, traditional trattorias and a lively nightlife: the perfect neighbourhood for those who want to experience the real Rome.
The area is ideal for reaching all major monuments on foot while enjoying the best of Roman cuisine. The property is within the night-time ZTL (limited traffic zone, active daily from 9pm to 10am), which ensures peace and quiet.
Elegance and the Vatican
Prati is an elegant and orderly neighbourhood, steps from the Vatican. Wide streets, Umbertine and Art Nouveau architecture, high-end shopping and an authentically Roman atmosphere, less touristy than other central areas. Its proximity to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica makes it the perfect base for exploring the Vatican.
Ancient and modern
Rome's historic centre contains the city's most iconic attractions: from the Pantheon to Piazza Navona, from the Trevi Fountain to the Spanish Steps. Easily reachable on foot from both Trastevere and Prati.
The Rione Monti, proudly Rome's first district, is a vibrant and fascinating neighbourhood that blends ancient history with contemporary life. Cobblestone streets, artisan workshops, art galleries, vintage shops and a lively nightlife make it very popular with young Romans and curious travellers.
